Cindy was found abandoned near a dam in Turkey, horribly injured and trying to care for her puppies. A construction vehicle had crushed her back legs, leaving her with a dislocated hip, spinal damage, and torn paws. Out of her eight puppies, only one survived.

She had no chance of survival in freezing conditions that dropped to -25°C. Malnourished, in pain, and alone, Cindy was desperately struggling when we rescued her.

​

Currently, Cindy is safe in the UK in a loving foster home. She can walk, toilet herself, and despite all she has endured, she is the sweetest, gentlest soul — friendly with dogs, cats, and children.

​

Cindy’s journey isn’t over. She still needs ongoing care, and one day soon, she’ll need a forever family who can give her the love she has always deserved.
